The purpose of 4-1 Groups is life-on-life discipleship; leaders getting into the lives of students to help them grow in their relationship with Jesus.

• WHERE do they meet?

• WHEN do they meet?
  • Anytime!
  • Mostly non-drivers will meet on Sunday nights at church.
• HOW is it done?
  • Weekly accountability question
  • Current needs and concerns
  • Scriptural study
• RESULTS EXPECTED
  • Stronger and deeper relationships, consistency, community, accountability
  • High ledership training and accountability
  • Emphasis on parterning with Parents
